How To Access Our FTP Server
Click on the FTP server link below to obtain access to our FTP server via your web browser. This is a new "web-friendly" feature to allow file transfers using a PC or Mac web browser. We have a default log in: user = customer, password = files. For a secure login, contact us at 800.225.7511 to obtain a username and password to our FTP server. After you have logged in you will see a PDF with web upload instructions to help assist you further.
To avoid file corruption, we require files to be compressed using the .sit (Mac) or .zip (PC) format. For security reasons, downloading from our FTP server or any outside location may be restricted on your end and may require help from your IT Dept.

Now that you are logged in feel free to download anything that you may need from our Public downloads folder including some standard layouts i.e.; Pocketfolders
Adobe Acrobat Distiller Settings
Using the pdf file format can in many cases speed the production of your project. To assist you in this process we've made available a package containing settings for use with recent versions of your Adobe applications as well as Quark XPress. Just download the file from the Public downloads folder located in the folder called Customer (this is the same location as the location that you logged into using the default ftp settings), review the instructions in the Readme and Walkthrough files*, and you can be producing print-ready pdfs in just a few minutes.
If the job requires copy editing and or photo retouching we would like the PDF and the original desktop files allowing us to make any changes you may request necessary.
